Main RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Analytical projects for vocational university students
To monitor developmental programs for graduate chemists, assayers, sample preparers and sampling hands
To ensure that training records of all employees in the department are properly kept and easily retrievable.
Ensure that new technology manuals from equipment manufacturers are incorporated in preparing training materials.
Carry out the need analysis on developmental programs for graduate chemists, assayers, sample preparers and sampling hands and schedule their relevant training.
