LETTER TO CONFIRM EMPLOYMENT

DEAR: MIGUEL ANGEL MENGUELLE PAREDES.

We are pleased to confirm your being employed by our firm in the capacity of: GENERAL WORKER. You will report directly to: MICHAEL FRIEDMAN . Commencing with your start of employment on: October 23th of 2023.

Your salary will be 4, 500 CAD per month according to contract. You will also be covered by the standard group benefit plans, and fringe benefits . According to the contract vacation time shall be pro-rated, this time will be of 8 days.

It is understood and accepted that the employer is obliged to take care of the worker’s housing, food and transportation, the reported place of work is Toronto, Ontario on a one year contract. Sincerely.
