I went on to successfully launch and manage my own company Peelz Investments as the General Manager thereof. My leadership skills were recognized and sought by Sesakhile Projects and they appointed me as their Operations Manager for three of their projects on a six months contract.

Successfully launched the Matsapha Branch in 2013 and went on to turn around the Nhlangano Branch in 2015 until management decided to revamp the business as a profitable business centre.
INTERNAL AUDITOR, SWAZILAND BUILDING SOCIETY

Successfully completed three consultancy cases which resulted in the recovery of E80, 000.00 and conviction of the perpetrators within the Society and their partners in customers.

Successfully implemented the use of an electronic application for loan assessments thus improved loan turn-around time for personal loans applications to only 24 working hours. Achieved three worker of the month awards for being versatile in service delivery.
I was moved within the Private/ Executive Banking, SME and Corporate assessment units within six months with no difficulty in delivery of the desired results.
EDUCATION
ACCA – LONDON – UNITED KINGDOM ACCA LEVEL 1 - CERTIFICATE
Achieved this certificate on my first sitting for the notorious ACCA examinations whilst on full time employment as a teller at Nedbank.
AAT – LONDON – UNITED KINGDOM AAT LEVEL 3 - BARCHELORS DEGREE
This required a project work where I got the highest mark in my class for my work. It was about achieving best relationships with stakeholders of an organization within the Creditors Department at Swaziland Posts and Telecommunications Corporation.
I was also the Class Captain for my Class from 1st Year until we completed the course in three years’ time.
ENDZINGENI NAZARENE HIGH SCHOOL – HHOHHO – ESWATINI – O LEVEL CERTIFICATE
I have been always in the top 5 of every exam results in my school and Class Prefect in my last two grades at high school.
I have obtained prizes during Speech and Prize functions for my best results in subjects and grand total results when I have topped the class.
COMMUNICATION
I have made a number of presentations where I have received positive feedback from participants. I have led meetings with authorities at different communities and their subjects where I would make presentations on services and products to which they would respond positive afterwards.
LEADERSHIP
I have served as a board member in church for three consecutive terms before I was later ordained assistant pastor. I have served as a Student Representative at college interacting with all stakeholders and can say I am a natural leader.
