Providing wellness trainings to clinicians and other health care staff in various work or educational settings in regard to clinical and work related issues. Topics include issues such as conflict management; communication skills; stress management; time management; critical incidence stress debriefing and team building, through EAP programs
Providing evaluations for persons experiencing immigration issues that affect their legal status such as extreme and severe hardship; political asylum; spouse abuse; and voluntary removal. Evaluations include a thorough psychosocial assessment, administering and scoring various testing instruments, and a mental health component. Expert testimony has been given by this examiner in the Fallon Federal Court Building in Baltimore City and the DHS Immigration courts in Arlington, Virginia.
Mental health evaluations are also offered for work related stress due to situational factors as well as emotional factors. CISD services offered, including on-site visits for trauma or death (sudden, expected, or suicides) as well as for victims in the workplace experiencing anxiety and stress due to criminal acts such as assaults, robberies, murders. Grief and addiction services are provided as well.
