· Came in at the last minute to help set up and finish the build out of a 6.5 million new concept for an old Seattle company set in downtown Seattle
· Built an amazing spot while my family and I got ready for our big move to West Virginia, set up a great team and a detailed training program that was more or less plug in and go for the team I gave the keys to before leaving

· Redesigned entire food and beverage program, from the overall look, the numbers, and everything in between
· Built a tremendous profit machine in a barrel program that generated both continued flow of cocktails for the bar program
