In January of 1994 Neale began his career as a Fashion and Home Stylist for Pring advertising and Websites. He started working for Spiegel as a prop assistant for their home catalogs. His work at the Downtown Dallas Neiman Marcus trained him for setting up merchandise as if it was a window display.

Throughout the coming years he has worked for JCPenney, Horchow, Pier One, AAFES, Bloomingdales and returned to the Neiman Marcus Photo Studio helping to photograph the shoes and handbags as stills with the merchandise in different positions giving the online customers different views of each product. He assisted in the creation of their use of 360 video of single shoes and handbags giving the website clients a full view of the entire product as thy turned. This has been increasing website sales.

Neale Attended Baylor as a Theater major. He studied Acting, Directing,

Dancing, Singing, Set Design and Construction, Hair and Makeup Application, Costume design and construction, lighting design and running a sound board.

His Freshman Year he appeared in the musical GUYS AND DOLLS as a Havana Dancer, was on the running crew for THE RUNNER STUMBLES, had a small part in the Production of HAMLET as a musician in one scene and toured with the production the following summer, ending the year constructing some of the costumes for HAY FEVER.

His Sophomore year he was in the chorus for the production of NO, NO, NANETTE as Sebastian Flyte and assistant choreographer helping the choreographer rehearse the tap dance number which included tap dancing up and down a circular staircase in the "I want to be happy", played to part of Joe in the production of YOU NEVER CAN TELL, played the part of the Bailiff in the production of YOU, THE JURY, played the part of Leonardo, the servant of Portia and also was on the prop crew for the production of THE MERCHANT OF VENICE.

His Junior year he began the year as Mendel, the son of the Rabbi in the production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and was also a bottle dancer and helped the choreographer reproduce the original choreography. He was then on the lighting crew to produce MAN AND SUPERMAN. He was then on the costume production crew for THE TROJAN WOMEN. He ended his Junior year as Lucifer in the production of THE TRAGICAL HISTORY OF DR. FAUSTUS. The Director Deborah Mogford modernized the production portraying Faustus as a computer programmer, Lucifer as rendition of Mr. Roarke from Fantasy Island wearing a white suite with a red cravat and the Seven Deadly Sins as Solid Gold Dancers. She had Lucifer and the Seven Deadly sins do a dance number to Laura Branigan's song The Lucky One. The Baylor students really enjoyed it.

In the Summer Semester before the Senior Year, he was featured as Saul in the production of TRUE WEST by Sam Sheppard.

Having ended his Junior year as Lucifer Neale was cast as Jesus in the opening show for the school year musical GODSPELL. It was the most popular show of that year with a full house at every show. He was supported by the talented people in the cast and the amazing director Bill Cook who was the Senior Director of the Theater.

The second show of the season was SEASON'S GREETINGS directed by Professor Patricia Cook. Neale was assigned the Costume Manager for the show making sure all the student production of the costumes were perfectly fitted to the Actors.

The last production of the season was A DOLL'S HOUSE. Neale was assigned the Prop Crew. The show was set as if in December. The set had to be decorated for Christmas. So, he helped design the Christmas Decorations for the show. This led to him getting the job with the Waco Dillard's to set up Christmas which started his career in Visual Merchandising after Graduating from Baylor.
