By virtue of the skills, exposure, and experience I attained during the internship and my ongoing studies, I can work under minimum supervision and I will always ensure I contribute strategically to the overall performance of the company. I am proficient with wide variety of HR policies and practices which include recruitment and selection, training and development, staff retention, organizational development and handling grievances. Human Resources Intern Experience:

Supported employee resourcing function through handling background processes e.g staff requisitions, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, profiling.

Assisted in recruitment and selection.

Created and implemented an efficient filing system both hard copy and in the internal system.

Provided administrative support by keeping employee records up to date and accurate.

Ensured data integrity on all HRMIS platforms.

Collated time sheets.

Compiled leave management data.

Assisted with payroll inputs as well as attending to salary related queries from both employees and Salaries Bureau.

Took minutes in disciplinary hearings and departmental meetings.

Filled vouchers for sick employees.

Distributed company policies in digital formats or hard copies.

Closed files for terminated employees.

Collected input for HR reports and prepared HR monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
