Responsibilities
●Implement Project Server 2010/Project Online globally across Goodyear in different departments of IT, PMO, Research, Supplier qualification, Material Sciences.
●Closely worked with Goodyear leadership team for implementing PPM team across their teams.
●Leading a team of 25 resources globally to ensure delivery across different aeras of migration, infrastructure support and implementations for different areas of Project Online, reports, database related activities. Coordinating with around 10+ client PMO’s for the implementation of the tool in their departments and geographies.
●Plan and implement any migrations related to MS PPM tool including OnPrem to Online, Legacy to Project Online systems.
●Ensure that the tool is maintained for more than 6000 users for these departments and for around 7000 Projects.
●Provided guidance, assistance, and support to assess key gaps in current PMO structure and offerings.
●Recommend changes to the key processes, methods, and tools wherever applicable in managing projects.
●Onboard new departments across Goodyear to MS PPM tools as per the requirements by developing associated methods, and tools to build the new PMO processes.
