Objective

Work Experience

Electromechanical Technician at Integrated Dynamics Engineering via MicroTech Staffing Mansfield, MA 2022-2023

Although slotted to be temporary at the outset, my contribution went to support the build process with the assembly of various models of controllers, EMI Cancellation, Isolation Systems and electronic devices. Ranging from small wire harnesses to a large variety of connectors and subassemblies, which required a proficient degree of soldering skills, I also assisted with erecting a diverse array of mechanical structures.

Electrical Engineering Technician at Sensata Technologies, Attleboro/Norwood, MA 2019 – 2022

Laid out, assembled and wired industrial control panels per clients’ specifications and electrical schematics. Identified and corrected malfunctioning of installation and/or components, using test equipment, fixtures and software with mechanical diagrams, as a lead technician on the manufacturing floor. Ensured soundness, accuracy and continuity of electrical circuitry, as well as linearity of mechanical functionality to secure safety and sustainability of the build process. Built, integrated and tested Hydraulic Grip Machines and repaired all load cells with a proficient mastery of soldering skills. Calibrated, programmed, tested and debugged a wide range of PCBs and other electromechanical components, while working with a variety of complex electrical and mechanical diagrams to support the engineering team on multiple/simultaneous projects. Demonstrated agile skills, using all kinds of hand and power tools, while performing in a fast-paced environment with no supervision. Demonstrated operational proficiency in using the entire suite of Microsoft Office.

Electrical Engineering Technician for NorthEast Electrical, Attleboro, MA 2015-2019

Demonstrated working knowledge of analog and digital electronics in order to troubleshoot faults by using schematics and practical debugging practices; including but not limited to running tests, diagnostics and calibrations. Performed electrical testing on production of electronic components and electromechanical assemblies in order to verify their qualitative degree for service. Executed work order operations by utilizing relevance-specific manufacturing software programs. Collaborated with fellow associates on product design, research & development, marketing and manufacturing teams to create highly functional products or services that are profitable to the company and practical to consumer demands. Performed diagnostic assessments to determine repair or upgrade of a diverse array of machinery. Performed daily preventive maintenance with a view to safety and compliance with Federal and Company regulations. Worked closely with the research and development and quality teams to integrate new improvements into design in order to meet the company’s quality standards and preserve its cutting-edge leadership.
