Responsible for operational, budgeting and forecasting oversight of The Olympic Tower, a 226 residential condominium building, The Centrale, and Jardim both new development sites, the Cumberland House, 40 East 80th Street, 829 Park Avenue, 308 East 79th Street and The Dakota. Coordinate all aspects of operational requirements to include Capital Projects with each buildings General or Resident Manager; to include at Olympic Tower a complete multi corridor and lobby decorative upgrades, totaling more than $3.5 million.
