DIVISION MANAGER – QUALITROL, 2020 – 2023

Promoted to take over all operations for this unit, increase revenue with new three-year strategic plan, and expand repair capabilities. Oversaw five cross-discipline managers and 28 employees in managing all aspects of P&L, budgets, sales, strategic planning, technical support, production planning, warehousing, and equipment repair for this $32M provider of industrial automation products and solutions. Delivered onsite emergency services and support programs for manufacturing facilities and key federal entities.

Profitably increased revenue from $4M to $7M, or 75%, during tenure at this position; also introduced bold new business model and pricing structure that added $3M within targeted categories.
