December 16, 1991 – December 31, 2022 (Retirement Date) As of the age of 20 years old, I have the ability to operate heavy equipment, knowledge of light and heavy equipment operation and maintenance, ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade, knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance including tire pressure, checking oil and water levels. As a lead from 1995 to 2022 I have many years of grounds maintenance workers that mow, edge, and fertilize lawns. Grounds maintenance workers install and maintain landscapes, prune trees or shrubs, and do other tasks to ensure that vegetation is attractive, orderly, and safe. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients.
