GARNEY CONSTRUCTION

ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a retirement plan offered to employee-owned companies. ESOP companies are governed by Federal laws and regulations and directed by trustees who act at the direction of the company. It was my responsibility as a Trustee to enforce the plan and amendments of the ESOP. I was the first female/non-officer ESOP Trustee in company history.

Benefits Manager 2010-2013

Managed the benefits department for a self-insured growing water construction company. Assisted in numerous human resources duties such as investigations, compliance reviews, handbook updates, annual plan renewals, Payroll Supervisor 2007-2010
