To collaborate my skills of organization with my passion for restaurant culture. I have been working in a restaurant of one kind or another since I was 16. I don't think there is anything I feel as passionate about as a perfect dining experience. Traveling has been the best experiences of my life. To truely have tasted other cultures and take a piece of something from a foreign land or region and put it in my mouth. My goals are to travel more and keep trying new things. I hold myself to a very high standard and help others to live up to it. Bartender – Chicago Brewhouse
