PokéDex — Frontend/Backend Project Utilizing Web APIs. The PokéDex project was built from the ground up using Angular front-end framework. This project incorporated a backend service created from C#. The application features a slick yet simple UI where users can search for their desired Pokémon. The application will then refer to an open-source Pokémon API and retrieve the information specified from the search. This information ranges from Pokémon name and type to movesets and sprite design. The user can then decide whether to “catch” the Pokémon and save it to the backend database or release it and search again.
Bankist Application — Frontend Project Utilizing DOM Manipulation.

The Bankist web application focused on understanding functionality and DOM manipulation. This project was catered towards taking a website and adding smooth, quick functions and features. Such features included buttons that scroll to specific areas of the site, modal windows with blurred backgrounds, and a login/logout system.

The Mapty application was centered around Object Oriented Programming principles. Throughout this project concepts such as prototypes, prototypal inheritance, asynchronous programming, classes, and method chaining were introduced. This project also utilized a geolocation API to fetch real-time map information for workout planning. The Mapty application also featured the implementation of a
“memory” system that remembers every workout the user creates, regardless of application reboot.
