-During my tenure as head of department of

mathematics at Igegania secondary school I introduce mathematics club.This improved the learner performance of learners. I left the school mean at 5.43

-As handball trainer,my team was best in the central region for two consecutive year (2017 and 2018) .My team also participated at national games

-In year 2020 I was promoted by my employer to job group of C3

-In year 2019 I was able to counsel three candidate student who had dropped out of school due to drugs and alcohol abuse.Infact the best candidate in the school national exam that year was one of them.
