Amazon: 2021 – Currently ( I’m searching for a new job currently for work life balance between work, kid, home this job has super long hours and I get their at 7am and don’t get home until night time depending on how long the stops make take.)

My responsibility is to scan products to make them appear available online. Scan and count products to show quantity available online. I have an average of 125 stops to make in a day driving a truck and one route a day unloading and loading. I also train new employees on how to drive the trucks and how to work efficiently when joining the team as a new employee while driving. I’m going over rules and regulations, time, accuracy, and what could happen and what they need to be aware of when going on these routes and delivering packages.

Deval LLC : 2019-2021 ( company laid everyone off couldn’t afford to keep everyone)

Government agency due to covid, I did data entry, starting off with inbounds customer service specialist answering calls regarding applications customers put in for rental assistance, those documents contained high level security documents such as socials, contracts, w-9, paystubs, my job was to make sure everything on application matched the documents attached to profile. If it didn't match to send over to outbound team to contact them regarding missing documents. I then go promoted to outbound team making 80 calls a day to call customers regarding missing information on profile, leaving messages. I got promoted to processor and i didn't have to be on the dialer for Avaya system anymore I worked emails and I was a third eye person who made sure everything was attached and matched the system and emailed over application to accounting and finance team so they can email it to court house Accounts Payable office to cut a check to fund the person for rental assistance.

(Coach): 2021-2022 ( I resigned because I felt company was Health risk multiple people had covid and they weren’t concerned and I had a new born home)

I was responsible for providing product and service information and answering customer questions, as well as putting in claims, assisting with ordering coach merchandise, and following up on customer needs. ( Inbound, Outbound, Emails)

(Gubagoo) October 2017-2019 ( I resigned because I was in college and needed to focus more on school work and get more rest due to working grave yard shift)

I provide supplemental customer service by answering daily questions, handling complaint calls, and emailing in both directions. I'm able to work with four monitors simultaneously to be efficient. I document conversations with customers in a detailed and polite manner. I've helped at least 30 calls through inbound and outbound channels in an hour. I gave comprehensive information regarding what the company’s offers about their products with a sincere concern for the needs of my customers. Working at this company involved helping customers find a quote that fits their needs based on the information they give. My job was to help them limit their options once they came into the dealership, based on what they told me.
