Project managed efforts between IT Departments and Medical Teams for various buildouts of office and hospital space for St. Joseph’s Hospital. This included enlisting and managing Doctors, Nursing Staff, Hospital Administrators, and outside Construction Teams for these efforts.
Projects included implementation of IT Infrastructure, Network, Desktop, Telephony and Medical Equipment for 70,000 sq. ft. new office space housing Urgent Care, Primary Care, Specialty Care, Radiology, and Rehab for SJH.
Managed the buildout of Cerner’s Millennium software product to support the new Medical Facility in Totowa.

Senior Project Manager remotely supporting migration and transformation efforts of customers (Fiserv) Vendor managed datacenter located in Chicago, Il. into a Fiserv managed datacenter located in Johns Creek, GA .
Efforts included the initial full scope and design planning of the migration of the datacenter before the start of migration efforts, including all network, initial server, storage, backup, database, and monitoring tools.
Scope includes some 275+ VM’s supporting the Web and App tier and 30 Physical servers supporting the Data tier. The servers are running several versions of Windows that will be bought current as part of the migration effort.

Spearheads the cloud migration and transformation efforts of customer (Dun & Bradstreet) datacenters into Ensono managed datacenters and AWS, ranging from a few hundred servers to the largest containing over 2K servers and mainframe.
Coordinated efforts that included the initial ground-up private cloud buildout of the Kings Mountain datacenter before the start of migration efforts, including all network, initial server, storage, backup, and monitoring tools.
Administered the migration and decommission efforts, including both new V2V and Greenfield builds, as well as OS and database upgrades within the migration of IBM Mainframe and approximately 3500 servers (physical and VM’s) from 5 US locations into a new datacenter.
Directed the migration, transformation, and on-boarding of small Datacenter consisting of ~200 VM’s via greenfield build to Kings Mountain, NC Datacenter, including a complete upgrade of Linux OS prior to migration of applications to a new environment.
