Experience

1982-2015, Commissioned New Jersey State Detective (NJDA) a State Legislature Charter, authorizing its members to act for the citizens of NJ. Authority was statewide in criminal or civil matters. to work civil and criminal cases. Formerly Active PBA member.

1997-2004, NJ Department of Banking and Insurance, (DOBI) as investigator anti-fraud unit . Field Investigated fraud violations of individuals and licensed insurance agents, interviewed subjects, investigated fact-finding to determine fraud validity.. Levied significant fines. Heavy caseload. Advanced to Senior Investigator/team- leader, traveling nationwide to licensed insurance carriers headquarters for review of their SIU and claim departments proper adherence to thousands of fraud/application/claims under the NJ Insurance Fraud Act. Caught claims across the board needing further review of carrier violations to the Act. Submitted confidential reports, FYEO, as team-leader to the NJ Ins. Commissioner, produced in-depth reports included events, procedures, violations, interviews, supporting doc’s, etc. or the many insured app’l and claim files. Earned NJ State licenses for Life and Health products. From 1997 throughout, I was not prohibited from NJDA assignments.

1978-1992 Security Conscience Inc.,(SCI) Began in security work to later lead as operations manager of a NJ licensed, private detective agency, operating security and investigative services. Did overlap with NJDA

1976-77, Prudential Ins.- Parsippany, NJ, Paid and denied health and psychiatric claims.

1973-74, I attended both Alphonsus College, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and St Peter’s College Jersey City, NJ.

From family owned businesses over many years I have a clear understanding of residential and commercial roofing, and trucking-had CDL as well, with clear understanding of OSHA.
