PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

I am the only recruiter for a warehouse that just opened up. I have sourced for new maintenance, operations and production and managers. I also interviewed the candidates and onboarded them when they started with our company. I followed up with the them constantly about how things are going and do they enjoy their new position. In the 4 years of sourcing as a Technical Sourcer, I sourced for many different skill sets with Security Clearances including TS/SCI with Polygraph. I worked on an average of 5 requisitions at a time on a part time basis while working a full time job and submitted and averaged hiring of 2 people a month. I mainly sourced on job boards such as Indeed, Monster, and Linkedin and use Bolean search, but I also cold called the best candidates. I use ATS of Success Factor. The type of people I sourced for were Developers, Programmers, Analysts and Cyber Security people.

In 15 years I moved in over a thousand people into apartments while processing all payments and paying all bills for the property in Nexus. I averaged paying 40 invoices per day while performing other office tasks. I helped manage 5 office people and 6 maintenance staff. I was involved with maintaining current residents and providing them with great customer service. I did background checks on potential residents.

In the 6 years in banking I did everything from being a teller to opening new accounts. I was involved with the opening of a new branch and went out and did outreach and brought in new clients. I also processed personal and 2nd mortgage loans. I worked in the 2nd largest wire transfer department and was responsible for making sure all domestic and international wires made it to their destination and was accurate. We were responsible for sending and receiving over a $1 billion a day.

In year and a half of recruiting for a warehouse that just opened up I hired 150 new people including maintenance, operations and production and managers. I have been working on 10 requisitions at a time.

Dolben Company, Gaithersburg MD Jan 2004 – 2019 Management

· Lease apartments for a 386-unit luxury property.

· Increased occupancy from 75% to 95% while delivering superior customer service.

· Moved in over a thousand people into their new home.

· Assist the Property Manager with collecting and depositing rent money in MRI and paying all bills on a daily basis in Nexus.

· Track market trends with competitive apartment communities.

· Help maintain resident relations by finding out what it will take to keep them from moving and conducting resident activities. We maintained a 60% retention when the market is 40%.

· Promoted from Assistant Manager to Property Manager in managing 600 units within garden-style and townhome apartment complex.

· Facilitated increased occupancy rates from 90% – 99% in promoting outstanding residential relationships and devising effective marketing plans.

· Collected and deposited approximately $6 million in rents yearly, and maintain delinquency of less than 2%.

· Ensured compliance with state laws regarding collection efforts.
