Skills I would consider myself a very well rounded person when it comes to having a solid skill base. I am a graduate of Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts in early 2021, and have been perfecting my craft since working in fine dining and home style restaurants. Taking part in a trade school I attended for diesel machines/heavy machinery, while attending I also completed a program to acquire a GED with credits. Also took part in an extensive diesel program learning about all things related to the subject such as basic maintenance, engines, transmission, electrical, HVAC, and much more.
