PLANNING ADVISOR (SJVBU), CHEVRON CORP. (BAKERSFIELD, USA) Provided data and insight for construction projects to the SJVBU Planning Manager and the Asset Development General Manager for the overall health of the profitability of SJVBU. SJVBU had an average annual Capital allocation of over US$1.5B, Operating Expense of US$1.2B and Production of over 160,000 Barrels per day. Mentored new central planning engineers. Selected Key Accomplishments

• Developed and deployed Portfolio Optimization Process and Tools for San Joaquin Valley Business Unit (SJVBU). This enabled the leadership team to view the optimal prioritization of over 900 projects and improved the NPV of the original Business Plan submission by over 3 billion dollars.

• Reviewed and validated the business plan submissions for the six assets in SJVBU’s (Kern River, Coalinga, Lost Hills, Cymric, San Ardo and Midway Sunset) to ensure its readiness for submission to the North America Planning Team.

• Deployed the streamlined process for the Small Capital Lookback (SPL) for SJVBU. This enabled the submission of the SPL with minimal interaction with petrotechs and allowed them to focus on their main engineering activities.

JUN 2013 – SEP 2017

PLANNING MANAGER (KERN RIVER), CHEVRON CORP. (BAKERSFIELD, USA) Responsible for the annual preparation and submission of the Business Plan for Kern River Asset. Kern River is the largest asset in SJVBU with an average annual Capital of US$500MM for construction projects and Operating Expense of US$400MM and Production of over 60,000 Barrels per day. Supervised and mentored three Planning Coordinators and one cost controller. Selected Key Accomplishments

• Developed and maintained the process for the project prioritization of Drilling projects for Kern River. The process made it easier for the engineers to submit their projects and facilitated the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC).

• Automated the monthly Production Outlooks and Performance Tracking process. This enabled the timely submission by reducing the need for reconciling with the Tech Team every month as the data was now coming from a single source of reference. 3

BUSINESS PROCESS SPECIALIST (ASIA PAC), CHEVRON CORP. (SINGAPORE/MANILA) Responsible for the development and deployment of Global Project Management Operating System

(PMOS) and Process for Asia Pacific. Supervised and mentored three regional analysts and six in-country analysts in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia and Thailand. Selected Key Accomplishments

• As member of the Global Core team, served as the liaison for the development and debugging of the PMOS system between Global team and Asia Pacific Team. This ensured that the Asia Pacific PMOS was aligned with the Global design.

• Received the Marketing President’s Award for the successful deployment of PMOS in Asia Pacific.

SR. BUSINESS PROJECT PLANNING SPECIALIST (GLOBAL), CHEVRON CORP. (SAN RAMON, CA., USA) Responsible for the annual consolidation and validation of the regional Business Plans for 5 geographical regions (Africa-Middle East, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and North America). Selected Key Accomplishments

• Developed and deployed the Global Marketing Planning Tool used in all 5 regions (over 100 countries), which reduced the validation time, as the tool minimized the common errors submitted in the past.

• Improved the Service Charge Allocation process that was deployed by the finance group for Global Marketing from a 2-month process to an automated process that could be calculated within one day.

PROJECT PLANNING & PRICING SPECIALIST (ASIA PAC AND SOUTH AFRICA) CHEVRON CORP.

Responsible for the development and deployment of standard Planning and Pricing tools used in Asia Pacific

(AP). AP consisted of over 30 entities with the major entities in Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, China, New Zealand, Malaysia, Cambodia, South Africa and Thailand. Trained and mentored six in-country Planning coordinators and seven in-country Pricing coordinators. Selected Key Accomplishments

• Developed the Asia Pacific Planning Tool that ensured all submissions went through pre- validation and reduced recycles due to common errors, which was an issue in the past.

• Deployed the Chevron Pricing system in Asia Pacific. This ensured that AP was aligned with the standard pricing process used globally in Chevron and facilitated the administration of price movements.

OCT 1998 – SEP 2000

PLANNING SPECIALIST (PHILIPPINES), CHEVRON CORP. (PHILIPPINES) Responsible for the annual submission of the Philippine Business Plan. Additional responsibilities included the administration of the national pricing system in the Philippines. Selected Key Accomplishments

• Deployed Streetback Pricing System (SPS) in the Philippines, ensuring the Philippines managed the retail prices by utilizing the standard tool used in Asia Pacific.

• Improved the Volume-Margin report for the Philippines from a report that took a week to prepare, to an automated report that could be prepared in 10 minutes. This report was eventually replicated and deployed to the other Asia Pacific countries. DEC 1997 – SEP 1998
