SUB: APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Office Assistant

Being given to understand that there are vacancies in your esteem establishment, I am submitting my application for the above post together with my personal Bio-Data sheet.

Regarding my experience, I was in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the last 4 & half years Joined as a Catering Clerk & Promoted to Catering Supervisor, Security Supervisor for mess hall & connected to Store supervising later promoted as Housekeeping Supervisor, Sanitation Supervisor/Housing Supervisor was attached under the Administration units for M/s. Saudi Catering & Contracting Co., who was contractor for “ARAMCO” Ju’ayhma, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

After the end of my contract in Saudi Arabia. I joined M/s. B. Braun Pharmaceutical Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., it’s a multinational pharmaceutical company, the Headquarter of the group based at Germany with regional office at Penang Malaysia. I worked 11 & 6 months as Admin In charge. My duty responsible was staffs Attendance recording, daily morning meeting attending with our G.M to take over day to day duties, meeting arrangement for sales staffs, coordinating with Marketing Manager, stationery purchasing & placing orders for printing, office maintenance & repairs, Photo copy readings record keeping, monthly attendance reports submitting to finance dept., for salary preparing. Travels/Hotel Bookings, inspecting office cleaning and material kept clean & tidy. Office cleaning reports submitting to management, office circular sticking at notice board about public holidays, meetings, any office orders or special duties. My end of duty with B.Braun Pharmaceutical staff was surplus & the business in Pakistan was wind up and a golden shake final settlement was paid to staff.

I joined M/s. Oceanic Surveyors as Admin Manager performed all kind of office Survey duties, departmental work Auditing, daily meeting with Chairman for day to day duties, staff attending reports recording, Stationery purchasing and order placing, Petty cash handling for office expenses for office materials, staffs daily meeting arrangements with Chairman regarding Field Survey, Office cleaning inspecting & report submitting for Chairman. Attendance reports submitted for preparing payroll for salary. I worked 4&half years and left service for better prospects.

I joined as an office assistant for M/s. Gudia Pvt. Limited an Indenting company for raw, machinery & foods items my duties attached under admin dept., and performed duty in dispatch dept. as Dispatch Clerk responsibility was data entry, In & Out mail receiving & forwarding to departments, L/C documents receiving arranging & entry recording, Photocopying & mailing for Parties, Office cleaning supervising & report submitting to Admin Head, office miscellaneous purchasing items & monthly expenses reports submitting Finance dept. my last service was as Senior Dispatch Executive preparing records of in an outgoing materials & report to management, Stationery purchasing & printing order placing. I left the service on 30th November ‘2015 for some personal family problems and was forced to leave the service, working 10 &half years. I left service Respectfully/Obediently with management appreciation .
