Benefit Administrator, shared services, January 2021 to Present
Administer multiple benefit plans, multiple clients, multiple locations as well as multi-tier, class for multiple clients on many
different plans. First line customer liaison for clients, employees, brokers, and carriers/vendors. Reconcile multiple Benefit
Invoices vs. Payroll deduction and/or client invoicing. Make necessary adjustments regarding arrearages and refunds.
Communicate any discrepancies to both clients and employee’s as well as retrieving signed documentation for deductions if
necessary. Set up new clients and benefit plans in HRIS. Conduct open enrollment meeting for employees and aid brokers in
renewal process for our clients and employees. Troubleshoot portal issues for both employees/clients and feed to carriers.
Enroll new eligible employees, qualifying event changes and terminations. Administer multiple 401K plans per client, per tier.
Produce multiple reports per request for clients, employees, and brokers Administer FSA, HSA, Dependent care, and aid in
COBRA Administration for multiple clienteles.

Responsible for a variety of complex and routine tasks connected with processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and
payroll reporting in support of multiple locations. Export, import, balance, preview, audit, and process multiple biweekly
payrolls. - Process employee status changes in ADP, including tax withholding, benefit deductions, wage garnishments, direct

location. Duties also included all on campus aspects of the Accounts payable/ Receivable functions: Match invoices with
appropriate purchase orders and verify accuracy. Ensure payables are correctly coded in the general ledger accounts. Request
check payment from corporate/ home office. Created & processed new hire packets, EE files and all new hire onboarding
