He has served as Vice Chair on the Planning Commission for the City of Pomona. District 4. He has also served as an Officer, Vice President for the California League of Cities, Community Development and Planning. An organization lead by Mayor’s, City Managers, Council Members, Planning Directors, Planners and Building Officials throughout the state of California. Carlos’s experience includes working in the Retail, Healthcare, High-Rise, Museum, Office, Multi- Family, Education sectors where he managed overall project delivery, including Owner relationship, schedule, General Contractor/subcontractor management, budget control, and quality assurance of projects with valuations of over 1.2 billion. He has built and developed a strong leadership reputation with tenured relationships throughout many industries across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
