An organization lead by Mayor’s, City Managers, Council Members, Planning Directors, Planners and Building Officials throughout the state of California. Carlos’s experience includes working in the Retail, Healthcare, High-Rise, Museum, Office, Multi- Family, Education sectors where he managed overall project delivery, including Owner relationship, schedule, General Contractor/subcontractor management, budget control, and quality assurance of projects with valuations of over 1.2 billion. He has built and developed a strong leadership reputation with tenured relationships throughout many industries across the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
