Started Past Superintendent projects: Grass Valley Hospital remodel phase 1 and 2, Went to close the last phase after Marin job. Marin 9-month/3-phase remodel of new MRI installation, Mountain View VIEWRAY Bunker testing site 9-month new install, finished phase 1 of Redding Hospital remodel, and Watsonville Med Cath Lab remodel. Filled in few times on Hospital when some other superintendent took their Vacations. I scheduled all subs all city inspection and any special inspection. Plans to the city for permits, Health, fire plans to the city. Weekly meeting with the owner schedules any special activities, that has impacted on other property owners for deliveries and any crane work, demo work and etc. Have google map drawings of the area and time of the work. Other people that may need to be out of the work space during some the work beaning done.

Trained in safety protocols in high level areas such as MRI production and other hospital apparatus as well as infection control. Running the subs and scheduling installations to meet deadlines.

I helped run KW Construction and helped with all of their Safeway retail projects from and all the crews from Hawaii to the mainland and into California

Projects:

Remodels at various commercial stores such as Safeway, Sears, Mervyn’s, Raley’s, etc. based all over northern CA. Particularly, install, millwork, interior décor, cooler boxes, shelving, check stands, scheduling container deliveries, and plan management.

Covered Safeway stores in Hawaii for 11+ years along with building a brand new Monkeypod Kitchen restaurant. Ran several crews at these commercial buildings all while 10+ projects were running concurrently. Highlights: Ran safety meetings with workers and jobs meetings with owners and architects. Trained on all forklifts and numerous other heavy machineries. Able to multitask under high productivity environments.

The scope of work for the Safeway differed, and involved the following:

(20) Contracts through Safeway – Complete fit – out: new stores that had existing shells.

Walmart remodels

Mark Twain Hospital Add on ground up MDF room San Andreas and Mercy San Juan Medical Center ADA project 04/04/2024 – 05/30/2025

Grounds up add on IT room. New sever racks, 3 new a/c units outside condensers transformer. UPS install, new 500’ core in parking fiber line. 18 hour switch over to new core cabinets bring the hospital back on line on the new core cabinets. IOR inspections - fire marshal - HCAI inspections.

San Juan ADA Project

First phase did all 811 calls also got the job scanned before demo started. PG&E had a problem finding there Gas line, ran the entire demo and started the forming of the new sidewalks and ramps, Ran all the traffic control.
