Install, and implement Microsoft SQL. Including conversions from Btrieve to Microsoft SQL, and implementation of Microsoft SQL management tools.

Established sound customer relationships. Having remote access to all clients affording me the access necessary to trouble shoot and correct problems remotely.

Have installed, and implemented, in addition to Macola; Crystal Reporting, F9 Financial Reporting; Starship shipping from V-Technologies; Event Manager. In addition have worked with Microsoft Office Word, and Excel.

Support over 100 clients with additional training as required, in addition to trouble shoot technical problems. Including installation on new platforms, and updates as required by management.

Had many diverse responsibilities, some of which included:

Purchasing – Handling all aspects, including planning, coordinating, negotiation, selecting styles, and placing orders. Dealt with suppliers in the United States, Switzerland and Germany. I was successful in instituting many systems and controlling inventory within proper financial levels. When I installed the computer system, this was all automated for greater efficiency.

Management – Had responsibilities for several areas within the company, including the service department, watchmakers, and vault security, inside and outside sales, customer relations, accounting, and maintaining the computer system. I trained many employees for various functions within these areas, in addition to hiring and firing personnel.

Data Processing – Successfully secured and installed a Novell LAN network system and Macola accounting and distribution software to improve the efficiency of operations, reduce personnel, and equipment costs. Instituting a variety of different working systems and integrating them with each department accomplished this. Extensive training of all personnel on the system was necessary.
