In 1989, I started my own electrical & general contracting business,

West Coastal Electric & Builder - This company is still active. I performed hundreds of electrical installations from simple additions to a complete 14,000 SF house in Malibu. In all 23 years of experience.

I was also a general contractor for 4 years refurbishing top of line REO’s for First Los Angeles Bank in Bel-Air and BH.

TECHNICAL/COMPUTER SKILLS: Most of my skills stem from my excellent mathematical abilities. I was able to learn computer languages: Assembler, “C”, Visual Basic, ASP, Query language, SQL, data base language, HTML and some specialized languages for microprocessors, as well as computer logic. Since the beginning of PC, I learned most of the Microsoft utilities like: Word, Excel, Project, VBA, Access, PowerPoint, and Visual Studio.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS: As a hardware engineer and a project engineer, I learned very early to manage a team of up to 15 employees. As a contractor, I hire, and manage workers constantly. As a result, I would be an asset in a managing position, especially when it includes going over technical data, verifying documents, evaluating personnel, and explaining goals and procedures.
