Responsibilities: -

1. To Prepare MIS Report, MRM Report & ISO activity maintaining the records by doing Internal audits & Training records.

2. Customers handling & Process Monitoring.

3. Internal and External rejections review and short out the problems related to internal and external defects.

4. Controlling the inspection activities of various mechanical items with respect to various Standards & specifications.

5. Guiding a team of people for the analysis of details at the shop floor & past machining Then drafting action plans to reducing rejections & getting defects free castings. 6. Working on analysis of data & then found scope of improvement in the existing process to improve the yield of the defect free products.

7. Scheduling of work load and shifting of workmanship to achieve the proposed production A team of people for the analysis of details at the shop floor. 8. To prepare scheduling of production planning and continuous monitoring to follow them from molding shop to melting and fettling up to dimension analysis of the without any Interruption.

9. Provide Training to Supervisors and worker & explain work instruction control plan related to Melting, Molding, Sand System, Core Making, Lab activities & castings inspection.

10. To controlling optimum melting power units’ consumption per ton. 11. To prepare contingency plan to safety customer requirement in the event of emergency such as failure of furnace lining, overhead crane, maintain ISO Documents (work instruction, calibration, internal process audits, safety work instruction), SASO Documents maintain control of documents required by quality management system. 12. Controlling Raw materials, Optimum Alloys consumption and review stock position Day wise and follow up with concern departments by review of daily consumption report. 13. For controlling break downs of each machine follow up with concern maintenance department by review daily wise, weekly and monthly break down report to analysis and take the new action plan to reduce break down.

3. Spectro lab Testing: - set the process correct Spectro lab operation without any trouble. Providing training for proper calibration, set frequency of calibration and cross check with CRM sample.

4. Metallographic Analysis: - Analysis the samples for Metallographic Analysis Type, Shape and Size of Flake & Nodular. Set the Production Process for achieving only A Type random orientation and uniform distribution, Nodular counts & Nodularity for SG Iron.

5. Hardness Testing: - Set the correct Hardness Testing through Training Load setting as Per Measuring Scale and Indenter. Cross check the machine with standard Samples. 6. Sand Properties Control: - Set the Process for Molding & Core Sand Properties will be under Control.
