Purpose of Role:
The role of the RSM is to ensure that the strategic and business objectives as well as the values of Viiking are put into practice. In conjunction with other members of team/staff they will ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the strategic objectives.
RSM i.e. myself will be responsible for overseeing sales planning, Acquisition of the terminal, Business growth of finance system, Development of application.
My Responsibility is to ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organisation's operational functions. They are required to work with the staff team, and contribute to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices. The position will also interact with the other Board of Members.
My role also will make plans, direct and manage the performance of all internal and external operations, so as to maintain and develop business growth in accordance with the overall strategy.
Duties:
• Responsible for the Sales planning on daily, weekly and monthly basis of the projects.
• Keep tracking on day to day and monthly targets of the plan.
• Reporting to the Project head of the company.
• Responsible for achievements of the plan as per Company requirements.
• Expenditure tracking, operating budgets and long range financial plans.
• Managing 5 ASM 50 DST in Delhi NCR Area under my guidance.
• Managing Overall branch as profit centre under my control.
• Implementation of new corporate financial procedures to ensure best practice.
• Responsible for KPI’s of the Brand given to my company.
• Working with various departments of the business to help them plan their budgets.
• Also keep tracking of product share in the market.
• Competition data tracking and give fight to other brands on market share strategy.
• Also built strong relation into the market with the retailers. 1200 outlets knows me personally in Delhi market.
• Marketing strategy as per company support on best plan basis.

Health and Safety, Security and Environmental.
• Ensure statutory compliance with legislation, conducting risk assessments, Health and Safety,
monitoring performance and reviewing procedures.
• Oversee organizational insurance policies.
• Credit controls for all debtors of South Delhi.
• Design and changes the credit policy as per the requirement.
