As assistant scrutiny of inspection report, assessment of dues and follow up recovery of dues from employer and finally recovered through filing of certificate case to concern chief judicial magistrate and attachment of bank account, in case of nonpayment of dues.
From 2001-2012
1.Assigned as branch manager of the branch office of the concern to provide medical benefit to insured worker of the company for which they have been covered under the act.
2.Verify the coverage aspect of the employer under ESI act and arrange for inspection of records of the factory to make it under the ambit of coverage of ESI act and act as referred above up to recovery of dues.
3.Empowered as all administrative work i.e. leave, GPF, Advances, correspondence with head quarter office related to administration and overall supervision of staff working under me.
4.Assigned as accounts work i.e. preparation of salary, get it approved from head quarter office and disbursement to staffs working under me. I have also been assigned to purchase of articles, preparation of bills and send it to head quarters office. Recruitment of part time employees, maintenance/payment of account was also the part and parcel of my assignment. Income and expenditure payment, bank reconciliation and any other matter related to accounts were also included in my duty
From 2013(January) onwards
Promoted as Assistant Director i.e. in charge of sectional head (cash) drawing and disbursement officer at regional head office (Ranchi) with a good number of staff strength which includes timely payment of salary to retired staff of regional office, payment of leave encashment to all the staff, income tax/professional tax deduction and report submission to IT Authority/Central excises authority, payment to contractor, payment of advances,GPF, temporary advance, pension payment (all employee) and all other work related to cash section.
