At desert valley hospital I am a Covid 19 screener, I greet employees and visitors with a positive, friendly and professional attitude. Take temperatures of staff and visitors with thermometer, complete Covid screening questions with all individuals entering the hospital to ensure our patients and staff stay safe, handing out masks to anyone who needs them. I scan and file temperature screening reports daily for all departments who have screeners. I create new files scan and file documents for supervisor as needed. Also being a positive and friendly face for visitors who don't know what to expect, listening as they express concerns or just someone to talk to, when they are sad and scared I'm the person they vent and cry to out of frustration or fear. I was promoted to lead Healthcare Concierge which falls under Patient Experience so I have a dual role at the hospital.
