Creating EHS Policies and Procedure for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Company Certification process.

Conduct Training on each EHS Policies and Procedure approved by management to ensure all staff and management are aware the policies.

Conduct EHS Inspection on each department and ensure all identified hazard reported are closed based on hazard classification.

Conduct EHS Monthly Meeting to all production and warehouse staff.

Implement EHS policies and Procedures applicable to company’s operations.

Carry out Risk assessment for company operations in Central Workshops and Field projects.

Carry out EHS audits to ensure compliance with company EHS policies and Procedures.

Summary

I have Eleven (11) years hands-on experience as a EHS personnel in Oil & Gas industry with a Multinational companies, involving in various project such as Gas Pipeline construction, Petrochemical and Gas Plants, Construction, Construction Machinery, Fabrication Vessel & Tanks, Operational plant shutdown and Commissioning both SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC Project, Pharmaceuticals Factory and assist company to achieve ISO 14001, 18001 Certification and Government Environmental Certification.

Throughout those years, I’ve been able to turn safety programs around by reducing Total Injury Recordable Rates (TRIR) through advanced safety management and serious injury prevention techniques. My responsibilities have covered several industries. I have created working practices that are safe and comply with legislation; Prepared health and safety strategies and developed internal policy and carried out risk assessments, and HIRA. I’ve completed thousands of regular site inspections and audits; Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health and safety issues and risks; Kept records of incidents and accidents and produced statistics for managers.

My strongest assets to the companies I’ve worked for has been my ability to keep up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all Health and Safety regulations.
