4Front Ventures is a 500K sq ft manufacturing facility in Commerce Ca that produces candies and mints, gel caps and CBD oils.

We have a candy kitchen with depositing line, flowrap and cartoning, case packing. Mints pill presses and packaging line. CBD oil extraction and packaging line.

Also, Hi pressure boilers, dehumidifiers, rotary screw air compressor, air handlers, isolation booths, explosion proof environmental booths in a completely climate-controlled facility.

Forklifts and associated support equipment.

Responsible for maintaining all production and support equipment and facilities including HVAC, structural, electrical, and all other facets of maintenance.

Designed and implemented a spread sheet-based CMMS for planned maintenance and inventory control.

Have a permanent team of 3 with up to 20 tasked for projects. Responsible for all personnel decisions from hire to fire, using quarterly reviews and employee and employer’s goals.

• Possess a thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures.

• Years of experience in the manufacturing environment

• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motion, lubrication systems and electrical controls. PMAC controls knowledge.
