I am an experienced Quality Assurance, Production, Safety and Health Leader in both executive and manager roles with a demonstrated history of working in cocopeat based growing substrate manufacturing industry at Jiffy Products Sri Lanka Pvt. Ltd and Biogrow Lanka Pvt. Ltd. Skilled in Quality Assurance, Production, Increasing Productivity, Consumer Safety, Product Safety, Agricultural Substrate, Safety and Health in factory environments, Continuous Improvements (CI), Lean Six Sigma applications, Microsoft packages and Strategic Planning.

1. Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control Activities in Kobeigane Factory. 2. Ensure the Quality Assurance related requirements are fulfilled in Kobeigane factory facility to meet international standards defined by RHP/GMP/OMRI/ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS45001:2018 and other systems adopted in the company. 3. Maintain and improve the quality by verification of product order forms, validate quality processes, detailed analyzing of quality related data and reporting in Kobeigane factory & Sub locations

4. Upgrade control documents according to the requirement and introducing new checklists, procedures, work instructions to maintain the systems and process 5. Present production related incidents/near miss analysis and Incoming dry material quality analysis monthly

7. Actively engage in all the QA related projects which focus to bring down customer complaints/NCs and enhance the Quality Level of JSL Products and Processes. 8. 2. Production Manager & Junior production manager

Biogrow Lanka Pvt Ltd –more than 3.5 years

As a Production Manager for 3 months, as a junior production manager for more than 2 years, as a management trainee at Production department for 6 months and as an intern trainee at quality department for 6 months
