Started from setting forms for precast panels reading blue prints and then moved to gfrc panels with cement and fiber glass driving forklift with bucket of concrete most of the workday when not mixing the concrete with computer software to ensure mix quality and efficiency to pass quality control. then moved up to batch plant operator understanding the sense of urgency working with precast panels and the need for perfection to avoid extra work with touch up work and sand blasting, that delays the delivery time of panels to the job site. also (heavy duty machine operator) using a CASE 629 front end loader daily to move concrete and sand into proper bins and turn the sand and gravel to keep moisture just right to ensure batch quality.
