Supply Chain Analyst IV/Master Data

Coordinate with Tecate, MX plant on daily basis to assure customer expedites are fulfilled. Manage inventory to be certain the plant is running what is needed to fill customer orders. Confirm supply of components in stock and assure orders are placed to replenish stock.

Coordinate with Tullahoma, TN plant on daily basis to assure they have capacity to produce the demand. Assist with transfer of production to other plants when this plant is above production capacity.

Communicated with Greensboro, NC plant to allocate critical parts for ITC customers. Reconciled with planners/purchasing to assure components are on site for production. Also worked with outside vendors when needed for component stock replenishment. Ensured logistics coordination through timely pick-up and delivery to customers.

Responsible for transition of DT product from Tecate, MX to Empalme plant in Mexico.

Execute daily SAP reports to identify both part numbers and work center deficits in all three plant locations.
