Responsible for managing projects assigned from the Centralized IT PMO and Call Center Technology/Interactive Voice Response (CCT/IVR) PMO using Waterfall and SAFe Agile methodologies in ALM environment. Managed projects with impacts in Procurement, Billing, EDI, Customer Service, Call Center Technology, Interactive Voice Response, Order Processing, and Order Fulfillment systems managed by on-shore and off-shore resources. Acquired Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma and focused on reducing process defects in software products delivered to production.
