General Activities

Timely Payroll inputs submission to the finance department. Addressing Employee grievances w.r.t productivity issues, non-compliance of HR policies etc. Supporting in internal Audits for ISO/ISMS/PIMS, working on non-conformities and raising DCR’s as per the process.

o Automated the process of salary revision letter preparation and sending the letters via e- mail using Visual Basic scripts in excel.

o This automation not only reduced the time required to send the letters to nearly 400 employees from 3 days to a few minutes but also eliminated the possible human errors.
