Created & implemented an Environmental Green Shop Award Program to achieve national environmental compliance standards. Developed Best Management Practice (BMP) Manuals, Self-Audit Checklists to evaluate BMP implementation, and scoring metrics for the assessment of BMPs; culminating with an awards recognition program resulting in environmentally sustainable work practices and a reduction in their environmental footprint.
