I believe every learner, regardless of age and background, has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world. I believe in embracing our differences and adopting the teaching/learning path that is optimal for each student individually. The greatest goal of every educator is to develop their learners’ potentials by believing in them as capable individuals. Being able to help students flourish emotionally is a vital element in my classroom. I achieve this by building a nurturing environment, where students can feel safe, and have fun at the same time learning. Furthermore, as an educator, I would like to assist my students to self-assess their goals and background knowledge as these are important for setting our expectations.
