I negotiated lease and contract of the property, signed the Lease contract, made all bureaucratic work to get all new licenses and obtained all permits. selected the entire staff (40 workers) making all the training. I also prepared alone all contracts and forms and made the commercial start-up. Although paying an high rent I succeeded to keep hotel open during the pandemic paying all and never lowering the service to guests. The resort was previously known as “Beachcomber”.

When started this hotel was about to close not making profits and with a poor online reputation and month after month I brought occupation to 55/60% and obtained a significant high net profit for the location and size of the hotel.
