I create, release and maintain all production and service orders. I create and maintain all of the master routers for machines and components. I extend the boms for all new assemblies in our facilities to our plant. I daily watch for new planned order requirements and determine whether or not to convert to shop floor or move existing stock from another facility. I monitor open orders and whether or not they are on time or have any issues. I generate projects for our larger equipment assemblies depicting when components are due to ensure machine completion dates are met dictating the machine build to manufacturing. I monitor shop turn times, chart and graph this information as well as output on a monthly, quarterly and yearly level. In this position I was responsible for scheduling and expediting raw material and purchasing items in order to maintain production schedules while minimizing inventory investment by negotiating schedules, deliveries, lot quantities, lead time, etc. I communicated and negotiated with outside suppliers regarding schedules, inventory, scrap, delivery, set up changes, cancellations, etc. I was responsible for maintaining supplier delivery performance program; prepare monthly supplier performance reports and forward to corporate purchasing. As part of inventory management and control, I posted daily inventory transactions and performed periodic audits of inventory to ensure accuracy as well as prepare monthly inventory reports as needed. I created and entered purchase orders and releases as required and managed obsolete and outdated information to ensure efficiency. I maintained communication with other departments, vendors and customers regarding new model launches, balance outs, delivery performance and excessive obsolescent carts, etc. I scheduled production for various machines and monitored and set up shipments of finished product. I maintained and received all parts into the system upon their entering the plant.

I was also given the additional responsibilities and job duties of Shipping / Receiving as well as Accounting and Purchasing. I was in charge of shipping and receiving and I also was the contact person for Accounting/Purchasing. I issued all purchase order numbers and input them into the computer system. When the items ordered are delivered, I issued receipts in the system and sent them to corporate for payment. I maintained spreadsheets by account numbers monthly to track department expenses against monthly budgeted amounts. I was the Human Resources back up for payroll and was also trained as an internal quality auditor in Environmental and TS16949. I was appointed facilitator and implemented into our facility the Maint Smart program which tracked and issued all machine pm work, all parts purchased and used through which we tracked predictive and preventive maintenance issues.
