HQ Army Materiel Command G-1, 03/2018 to (Present) Redstone Arsenal, AL, Grade Level: GS-13

Program Manager-Training, 0340, Duties: Serves as a direct voice of the Total Force Training and Development Division Chief, to the entire Army Materiel Command enterprise of 64,000 personnel, on all matters of military and civilian training associated with the Operational Readiness of this Command. Effectively assumed the workload of two GS-14 personnel operating within the Logistics Program and Training areas during the realignment of the Command’s workforce, resulting in 100% customer satisfaction, no missed task suspense’s, no loss of accountability for funding requirements and zero lapse in mission operational requirements. Ms Oney skillfully managed the contractual execution of a $250K Workshare program, with the University of Alabama in Huntsville, graduate level logistics operations and supply chain management certificate program. Spearheaded the effort to conduct market research analysis on an $800K project to re-vamp the logistics operations training for the AMC enterprise consisting of depots, arsenals and ammunition plant facilities. Emphasizing a strong and meticulous business acumen the analysis produced a cost savings of $80,000 and weeks of coordinated effort versus outsourcing the business case analysis. Program Manager – Training, 0340, Duties: Serves as a Program Manager with functions as the staff facilitator and with full responsibility relating to AMC-wide integration of training, leader development, and individual training issues and initiatives. When required, represents and speaks for the Training Branch and provides guidance. Possesses expertise in executing training operations utilizing the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) at all levels of leadership. Provides systematic management, oversight, coordination and integration of training requirements across AMC and subordinate commands in the development of training programs, plans and exercises to meet AMC assigned missions. HQ Army Materiel Command G-3/5, (08/2009-07/2011) – Redstone Arsenal, AL, Grade Level: GS-12

AMC Fellow, Training Analyst, 0301, Duties: Served in the Training Division supporting the Branch Chief. Ms. Oney was the lead ATRRS representative responsible for enrolling soldiers in NCOES and OES schools. Managed the Command’s Military Training Specific Allotment (MTSA) funds account worth over $750K. Task, collect and organize spreadsheets for briefs on NCOES Backlog for AMC Staff to brief to the CSM monthly board. Selected as the training team member, I joined The Logistics Management Program (LMP) team that visited user sites to gather data while creating standardization of training for the enterprise. The working group researched, analyzed and developed talking points used for AMC senior leaders during the Army’s discussion on Primary Military Education (PME) backlog; provided multiple courses of actions for leadership to present; offered quick win solutions for the LCMCs of AMC to implement and cost saving strategies LMP Users could start immediately. Participated in CP-32 Career Managers Quarterly Conference VTC to ensure all current updates and changes within my career path could be documented in my IDP. Responsible as the Lead for Tasker tracking, development and closing of assignments to the G3/5 Training Division on time and without a reportable incident to the CG.

ILS Manager Unmanned Ground Vehicles, PEO GCS (01/2011 – 06/2011) – Huntsville, AL, Grade Level: GS-11

Rotational Assignment – CP13, Duties: ILS Manager Trainee under the ILS SUGV Manager. Participated on the Logistics Requirements and Readiness (LRR) IPT Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Supportability Integrated Product Team (SIPT), in the Meetings; selected to brief the Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle (SUGV) logistics (LOG) charts in the absence of the ILS SUGV Manager, was assigned as the Co-Director of the final Logistics Demonstration (LD) held in Fort Bliss, TX., based on leadership skill and strong logistical knowledge by Division Chief and PEO; rotated and supported the 3/1 AD during their rotation at NTC, FT Irwin, CA., as the LOG REP for US Government SUGV Team; trained to use the contractors E-Logbook to track daily status reports by FSRs and LSRs through ACE during the 3/1 AD NTC deployment, and submitted daily SITREPs during the NTC deployment. Verbal and written input was given to the PdM UGV and APM SUGV from a Log perspective when requested about logistical issues relating to the SUGV.

HQ Army Materiel Command FWD COOP EMS (07/2010 – 01/2011) – Redstone Arsenal, AL, Grade Level: GS-11

Rotational Assignment – CP32, Duties: Served directly under the Chief of COOP conducting various duties as assigned. Read and became familiar with AR 525-27, HSPD-5, and the Department of Defense Instruction Manual. Set-up and participated in the AMC (hosted) Annual conference, reviewed Manuals, Army Regulations and FMs, and was appointed the contact for AMC FWD to assist AMC Main.

USA OMEMS Training Management Branch (04/2010 – 06/2010) – Redstone Arsenal, AL, Grade Level: GS-09

Rotational Assignment – CP32, Duties: Training Analyst understudy.

Participated in the weekly Inactive Student meetings held to account for all AIT student status in training as part of the required ISR (inactive student report), supported Academic Records Management Division by accurately inputting classes, graduating classes, and ensuring record completion of classes in ATRRS. Assist Training Management personnel on coordination, review, and documentation of the TRAP workbook for TRAPS 11-001 and 11-002, identified required resources to train an increased student load (facilities, ammo, personnel, and equipment).
