CAREER OBJECTIVE

I am a results oriented professional with 15+ years team lead experience with proven knowledge of operations management, customer service, data entry, marketing, sales and total restructuring of failing companies. My objective is to restructure failing companies or greatly increase a company’s sales productivity. I accomplished this with my first company Thrifty Palace by renovating the company’s culture and processes from top to bottom. The first objective was to start over by acquiring an energetic, coachable and sales result motivated team, restructuring our marketing and sales approach, and tweaking our close strategies with a set goal. We had bi-weekly meetings with solid metrics.

We kept each other on track and after 10 weeks our leads increased by 85% and our close rates were at 90% increasing our revenue by $100000 as opposed to the company’s initial deficit of - $25000. My next project was at Sears for a shorter period, however through the use of similar sales driven methods, I led my team to increase sales by 50% in the first and 2nd quarter and I garnered consistent growth sales during my tenure at Sears.

At my last and current company, Premier Company Solutions, I again managed and led another failing business through the same total restructuring methods with a viable and motivated team. That energy and commitment achieved the desired results with a 400% increase in sales and an increase in revenue of $150000 per month. Premier Company is currently thriving and being sold as a highly profitable company to go to the next level. I am now ready for the next sales and marketing challenge in my career to yield superior results with the next company in need of stellar sales programs.
