Implemented a Continuous Improvement program within a work cell that involved both management and employees. This resulted in a 5S program and pro-active team members to sustain daily lean manufacturing company objectives.

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, facilitated a Kaizen event, comprised of cross-functional team members, resulting in a 66% average improvement in productivity; in turn, provided lean training of production employees.

As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator, facilitated a Kaizen event, comprised of cross-functional team members, providing a process that would create an 85% average improvement in productivity.

Developed, implement, and maintain internal Lean101 training package. Shared this one-day workshop with other companies to assist/improve their training programs.
