Operations Management:

Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.

Coordinate with vendor to resolve grievances and claims.

Marketing:

Shipping Operations:

Managing all procedures of trading including handling various formalities, shipping, documentation for clearance of consignments and logistics.

Handling shipment related activities including coordination with shipping lines, sea freight rationalizing and resolving the billing / payment issues.

Preparing invoices, quotations, delivery note, & all documents relating to ship supplies; reports sales reports, cost analysis, etc.; purchase orders for non-stock items; goods receipt note as per purchase order; cash control and credit control reports.

Analysing the performance of various clients; preparing MIS Reports for all post shipment related activities to apprise the management.

Client Servicing:

Handling timely delivery as per schedule and redressal of customer complaints.
