DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

On-site maintenance supervisor for the 24X7-equipment fleet maintenance contract at Qatar chemical company (Qchem) plant starting from April 2005 until June 2020. Currently working as Sr. Workshop Supervisor at Petroserv Main workshop.

Overseeing all PM & CM related tasks, on equipment’s like Terex reach stackers, forklifts, pull push units, yard tractors, skeletal trailers, diesel generator engines, welding machines, air compressors, diesel engines, fire trucks & emergency response vehicles (Client owned & Plant owned equipment’s).

Initiate, implement and manage the plant maintenance program based on OEM recommendations

& best practices with an emphasis on planning/scheduling of PM/CM jobs.2

Monitor the store inventories and initiate ordering & stocking spare parts as necessary.

Refer parts manuals, recommend spare parts list for stock & as per consumption.

Create work orders & do technical completion in SAP HANA.

Prepare reports, analyze data, and make necessary recommendations to improve equipment reliability.

Coordination with various production departments/sites for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.

Ensure that mechanics are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Monitor & control emission readings on equipment’s.

Inspect & certify the contractor equipment’s for safe operation in plant during plant shut downs.

Participate in Job safety analysis & Root cause analysis.

Participate actively in organizing safety campaigns.
