Achievements and Projects

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Established The Community Hospital’s first internal audit department. The department currently operates in all four branches of the hospital. Those departments further strengthened the controls in the operations and financial administration systems and led to improved client outcomes and greater profits.

2. Training of audit officers and account officers for The Community Hospital. That sharpened the skills and work ethic of officers, enabling them work more effectively and efficiently. 3. Successfully restored NEWAAS Company from the brink of collapse, transforming it into a sustainable, profitable Small-Scale Enterprise that employed 3 extra persons because of its steady growth.

PROJECTS: THE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL GROUP

1. Oda Projects: Implemented a system for effective management of drug inventory and enhanced dispensation of medication to clients.

2. Kukurantumi: Helped install financial controls which improved profits and stakeholder interest.
