Successfully managed team of developers to ensure that legacy supply chain forecasting applications interfaces with the new SAP S4 application are working correctly. Held requirement sessions, managed code changes, testing and cutover plans. Marketed continued services to the client.

Lead team discovery of Infrastructure requirements of applications that will be moving to new spin off company (ZimVie.) Managed the implementation of new servers, databases, networking, load balancers, AD Accounts, Citrix Desktops. This amounted to 300 Servers and Databases and 200 desktops in the Development, Test, Production and Disaster Recovery environments. Over 30 applications were successfully cutover to the new company. Humana, Louisville, KY Sr. Project Manager – Cloud Migration Planning

Worked with Architecture, Planning and Application teams to select and evaluate application candidates for potential Cloud migration. Held workshops to assess viability of application candidates. Identified remediation for application changes so they could be moved to the Cloud. All planning activities were tracked in Sprints.

Pfizer. Collegeville, PA Sr. Project Manager – Pfizer Digital

Responsible for managing the improvements and site user satisfaction by consolidating the use of various Pfizer Clinical Trial applications into one application to handle the exchange of documents. Managed the current and future state requirements, design and development, of enhancements to the SAAS application for this process. Provided management reports, project plans and status meetings for the various work streams.

Quest Diagnostics, Secaucus, NJ Sr. Project Manager – IT Program Office

Responsible for managing multiple projects to transition major company acquisitions into Quest’s strategic laboratory information systems. Projects included Physician Assignments, Report Enhancements, Additional Specimen information for Lab Systems. Projects used Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Managed entire SDLC process. Worked with on site and off shore resources. All enhancements were delivered on time and under budget.

MUFG Union Bank, Jersey City, NJ Sr. Project Manager – Identity and Access Management

Managed a project to insure that MUFG applications were in compliance with OCC regulations regarding the system and user access to its applications. Led offshore team of 18 people and worked with application owners to validate that standards set by the bank were met. Held daily meetings with the client to keep them appraised of all activities.

Managed the delivery of administrative systems including Transaction Accounting, Policy, Data Management, and Commission on a bi-annual basis using an on-site/offshore model. Each release consisted of 6 requirements, design, build, system testing and user acceptance testing iterations.

Managed open issues and action plans regarding the implementation and decommission of network equipment.

Designed and managed the development and deployment of forecasting models to predict power for 3G and 4G Networks. Introduced three forecasting models based on conservative, moderate and aggressive outlooks for 23 computer centers. Utilized past consumption and future outlooks to provide a 15 month power outlook that was used to make decisions on computer application locations. Insured updates were made by various organizations to keep the model current.

Recommended alternative sites to move applications and equipment when a site was projected to be over the engineering limit for power.

Significantly reduced backlog and cycle time of computer equipment installations nationwide.

Avaya, Basking Ridge, NJ Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisition / SAP ECC Upgrade 3/2012 – 8/2012 Responsible for successfully project managing all IT related activities for the Radvision acquisition and SAP 4.6 to SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade.

Insured all new transitioned products can flow through Avaya’s quote to cash applications. Worked with IT teams to integrate Avaya’s and Radvision’s networks, email, HR applications and video communications.

Project managed the launch of a new website, system enhancements and content of 10 web sites to insure that they provided the best customer e-commerce experience for order entry, payments and judging.

Improved digital processing of entries to insure over 7000 print, video, radio, television and film programming entries were encoded and made available for online judging. This amounted to the processing of over 10 terabytes of information. Saving of 60% were achieved over previous methods.
